MVP Strategy Sprint
Go from early-stage concept to a clearly scoped MVP direction — with prioritized features, AI recommendations, and a roadmap for your next phase.
No commitment required. Let's see if the Sprint is right for you.
The Problem
Most MVPs don't fail because of bad ideas. They fail because founders build too much, too soon — or build the wrong thing entirely. You have a concept, maybe some validation, but you're not sure what the first version should actually do.
The MVP Strategy Sprint gives you clarity before you spend months (and significant budget) building something that misses the mark.
What You Get
Clear deliverables that move you from concept to actionable MVP direction
Recommended MVP Definition
A clear articulation of what your MVP should be and the first problem it should solve

Data and Input Requirements
Key data points and inputs your MVP will need to function
Next Phase Roadmap

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is the MVP Strategy Sprint for?
Non-technical founders with an early-stage product concept who need clarity on what to build first. This is ideal if you have an idea but aren't sure how to scope it, prioritize features, or determine whether AI belongs in your MVP.
What will I have after the Sprint?
A clear MVP definition, prioritized feature list, AI recommendations (if applicable), high-level product flow direction, and a roadmap for your next phase. You'll know exactly what to build first and why.
How long does the Sprint take?
The Sprint typically completes within 3 business days after you submit your materials and we conduct the strategy session. Timing depends on your availability for the session.
What do I need to provide?
Any existing materials about your product concept: notes, frameworks, research, competitor analysis, user insights, or written descriptions of what you're trying to build. The more context you share, the more valuable our strategy session will be.
Is this a build-ready specification?
No. The Sprint provides strategic clarity and direction, not implementation documentation. You'll know what to build and why, but you'll need a design and development phase (with NoteLoft or another partner) to create build-ready specifications.
What if I need more than what's included?
Additional strategy work, expanded planning, follow-up support, or revisions beyond the Sprint scope require a separate agreement. We're happy to discuss ongoing engagement options after the Sprint.
